Over the past 12 months, Neil has provided outstanding support to the organisation and to me personally.
When I stepped into the Safety Manager and the Compliance Monitoring Manager position, Neil was an invaluable guide. Drawing on his extensive experience in senior roles within the industry, he provided thoughtful and practical advice that helped me transition smoothly and build confidence quickly.
Neil has been the backbone of the auditing program, covering all areas of the business whilst training and mentoring new and existing auditors, building on their confidence and bringing the team up to full strength.
Refining processes to centre around safety and compliance is a particular art of Neil’s, something he’s put into good use as I’ve confidently thrown many projects his way. All achieved quickly and to a very high standard.
I cannot thank him enough for his contributions and recommend him wholeheartedly.
